This luxury condo got drop harga or not due to the ever camping Indonesians right at their front porch? Just now saw a whole bunch of them sitting at the steps in front of the lobby. The guards I think also dare not chase them away due to numbers.

I bought one unit here for long term. True, after 1 year, the price doesn't increase much. BUT the rental is very good. I'm talking about gross surplus of RM800 per month after collecting rental and minus bank installment.
So it's 50-50 for 231TR. I'm in for the long term.

Thanks for sharing. How come the guards don't chase away those trespassers? It just brings down the value if everyday you see a whole bunch of people hanging around in front of the building

This is 550sqft unit and not 500sqft. Almost bought one early of last year but MOF rejected outright. Fully Furnished,550sqft and with tenant too (2K/mth) at 470K.

Any uptick in price after TRX completed? I have unit here but mainly use as city home whenever I want to sleep in “KL”. Last time the psqft still depressed I think.
