Hi,
I have a 3gs which runs on baseband 5.13.04 (downgraded from 6.15). The phone is a locked set Orange France and SHSHs saved only up to 4.3.5. I upgraded it to ios 6.0.1 and I tried unlock/jailbreak using snowbreeze. Most apps cant run on fw 4.1 that's why i want to upgrade it. Now I can't get pass activation screen. It keeps on saying SIM NOT VALID. Any solution for this? Or should I revert to 4.1 again?

Factory unlock is not an option because it is expensive.

I revert back to 4.1. Even according to Ih8snow, those with carrier lock should use the carrier's sim card to activate so there u go, no jb 6.0.1 for me. Unless someone here knows how to do it. I hacktivate using snowbreeze 2.9.7, but still stuck at activation

Update cydia? The only SHSHs saved are 4.x above. No SHSH for 5.x. Then SHSH for 6.0.1 cause basically I am stuck there

My sis is using 5.1. So kesian la have to endure tethered jb.

Hi folks, just searching around and found this thread. I am looking for someone that offer services to help factory unlock a iPhone 4 from UK (O2 carrier). Sister come back from UK and commitment already expire but forgot to tell carrier to unlock.

If this is not the right thread can help direct me to the correct one?
