Hi guys, I hope this is relevant here. I bought my iPhone 4S less than a year ago from Apple store Malaysia. My power button just spoiled, it just got stuck. It's jail broken.. So if I want to send it in for warranty I just need to restore it right?
Does anyone know what is Apple's policy on this? Do I get a new phone or they'll repair it for me? And approximately how long if they were to repair?

QUOTE(andrewtho @ Nov 6 2012, 12:23 PM) Restore your phone, otherwise your warranty will be voided. It's easy to restore. Usually telcos are the one who replace it for you, only if you bought from them. Alright, thanks. But that's the problem, I bought it directly from Apple, and I don't have a spare phone I could use. Sigh..

QUOTE(gengstapo @ Nov 6 2012, 02:03 PM) Try call their repair center for appointment They might can solve it quickly as the pr0b occur only the home button right? Ok, will give them a call later. Yeah, it's only the power button, not the home button. Thanks man..
