erm what i actually mean was certain functions not enabled in the original iOS like timer camera, and quick access buttons to turn off 3G, wifi, etc.

theyre working on ios6 untethered jailbreak even now i guess..maybe theyll wait until ios 6 stable only release the jb,else it might be patched before the stable ios6 is out and itll cost a long time to figure out ways to jb it again

Ive heard the jailbreak is ready but they wont release to the public as Apple smarter patching their "hole". Nowadays, very less chances to find exploit inside iOS. Since then, they wont release to the public unless they could find more weaknesses in iOS..

hi all, appreciate if someone could help me out here. I've a locked iphone 4, running on iOS 6.0.1, is there a way to unlock it? I've read the first page and am still dumbfounded.. there seem to be no guide on how to do it (gevey sim, how do i go about this?)

also, how do I check what base band I'm on? :S

Yes. U can backup ur shsh without jailbreak. Use the TinyUmbrella. Google it. wink.gif

that jb is available long time ago.
just care not to upgrade to 6 as untethered jb for ios6 is still not yet out smile.gif
