Collected my Forte Koup from Edwin yesterday evening...Before I start, you were right..Edwin, the car is powerful!!

Really lucky to have bumped into this thread, it's like the best thing that ever happened to me in this rough month of August....

Edwin is a very thoughtful, patience, and thorough SA! He helped me from the start, attend to ALL my queries and even put up with my impatience in getting the car!

Basically he guided me in every process there is to purchase the car, I was not on permanent basis which made it difficult for me to get a loan approval...but with Edwin it seemed possible and it materialised! It was during the raya break and I was getting impatience, and even worse the thought of gettting it after Merdeka...

Upon getting the car, Edwin even bother sitting down with me showing me all the features/functions the car has!! I was impressed by how he treat his customers! Constantly reminding me to drive safe too...

Overall I'm very satisfied to be treated like how a customer should be treated and Edwin you've set a benchmark! hopefully you would continue serve and satisfy all potential Kia owners! All the best! I'll see you soon!
