oh no...my SII wifi die on me today. enable WiFi, it will scan but then after a few seconds, it auto turn off. while scanning cannot detect any AP where my G. Note able to detect. need to send to SC this sat.

btw, i already do factory reset still cannot detect and will auto off. try to manual add WiFi but fails/cannot save error message popup.

I have been using SII as hotspot for 8hours daily for last two weeks. may be that kill the WiFi adaptor.

Wow 8 hours during office hour ah? Did you upgrade to ics?

Yes, 8 hours during office hour. That time is to test out stock battery, 3500mAh extended battery and 2200mAh external battery pack.
No. still gingerbread (rooted).

Lets say my standard S2 standard battery, Li-Ion 1650 mAh.

Then i bought a portable charger of 5000mAh.

Does that means i can fully charge my S2  = 5000 / 1650 =3 full charge?
*
the correct formual is:

Power up Voltage from 3.7V to 5V:

3.7 x 5000 / 5 * 0.85 = 3145mAh (5V)

Charge SII 1650mAh:

3145 / 1650 = 1.91 full charge

Please note that all external battery pack/portable charger rating is refer to 3.7V base voltage and not 5V. All USB device are using 5V, so require step up voltage. The 0.85 is 85% voltage conversion effiectioncy. The formula is get from Internet.
