Theme..!? What type of theme..?
If from market..just download and install like usual. If custom theme that use zip files than you use your CWM to flash the zip files.

first, you need a deodexed rom

download v3.0
    Download rom from the link below.
    Extract the zip. You will find a folder.
    Copy the folder to /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/
    Go to CWM recovery
    Go to backup/restore option
    Wipe Data/Factory Reset
    Wipe Cache
    select SuperROM_v3.0 (for v3.0)
    Do wipe cache, wipe dalvik-cache and fix permissions
    Reboot

v3.1:
    Copy the zip to sdcard.
    Flash it through CWM. (NOTE: IT'S AN UPGRADE. FLASH IT OVER SuperROM v3.0)

after u done ur 1st nandroid backup will automatic appear

oh i forgot, you need to backup your rom before proceeding (in case something goes wrong)

1.go to cwm app
2.backup

depends on you if you want to update, but i recommend it

what do you want to do? you want to flash v3.0?

backup your rom first, go to cwm app > backup

no folder inside the backup folder? did you backup to internal sdcard?

what file is inside the clockworkmod folder? boot.img?

try to redo the backup and see if it's there. u can easily delete the old backup if this one succeeded.

try to redo the backup, reboot into cwm > backup and restore > backup to internal sdcard
