Hi Bros out here, I'm an ex-WOW player, last played during BC period and i'm a hardcore raid player and PVP...I stopped WOW 4 years back...and I'm looking forward to come back in this game..here is my detail :-

Class : Paladin (LVL 70)
Server : MAgtheridon (US) - Alliance (Human)
Gear : 6/8 T6, 4/6 T3 Arena PVP gear (Not so sure)
I'm willing to transfer fiction and server....to a more Malaysian server...hope you guys can help me out...

I think you might need to link your Wow license with a battle.net account first. Then let me know, I will try to send again. SOR is send out every hour in batches.

Bro, I have already merged the account with battle.net. Now required me to login thru the Email right? I have done that long time ago d...but still didn't receive any SOR....

From what I know, you can have just the original Wow license and can still get upgraded all the way to Cataclysm.

have checked on battle.net...no updates yet...

The example I posted in the pic is just to show you that it is possible to get the SOR even with a BC account only.... at first I thought the person I was chatting with was you.


Anyhow, if you still cant get SOR, I suggest that you log a ticket asap via your bnet account. Basically you want the Customer service representative to check to see if you account is hacked, or previously abused SOR or other kind of problems that could prevent SOR from being received. IF you have done none of the infractions that may cause ineligibility, let the Customer service representative know and so they can try to fix the problem if it is fixable.

Let me know again via PM if you want me to send the invitation again. Pardon me as I cant log a ticket on your behalf, you will have to do it as the account owner.


My guess, if you post your email to the whole forum, there might be 200 plus people attempting to send you the SOR, which again might result in failure.

did you manage to get the SOR successfully? I send you via private message the name of my char.

IT is Pandakingi, Guild is Lanun, Realm is pvp Thaurissan.

Dont tell me that you just bought the cata upgrade....dont need to pay lah.


And Yes there are multiple guild in Thaurissan, Oceanic realm, with raiding time in the evening.

I choose Lanun and Lanun accepted me as a casual player, since I dont really raid much ect ect,,,, plus me a slow player. still at couple of slot from lvl 81.

Thaurissan is a Horde pvp majority server. and Yes, Lanun is Horde, and I am Horde toon.

Irregardless, if you want to simply make a new char and boost it to 80lvl or transfer an existing char over, while at the same time switching faction, change name(requiring some tricks) it is possible.

"Step 2 - Resurrect Your Friend
-When your friend accepts your invitation and returns to WoW, he or she immediately receives the following FREE rewards for ONE character: Character boosted to level 80
- limited time offerFREE upgrade to Cataclysm7
-FREE days of game timeFREE character move to your realm and faction so you can play together"


However, if you wish to join other server, then perhaps, yeah accept an SOR from another char that you want. I just figured that your initial post said you are open to changing faction and realm. If you have the choice of other SOR from servers you like, yeah, definitely pick and choose.

I figure, out of anxiousness, anyone would have said that they are open to changing faction and realm.

PS: personally, I made a new char and boosted it, plus transfer to Thaurissan. To me, having a free 80 char, with skills, 20slot bags, green 80equipment, skills learned with zero effort, just made the option easy. But of course, then I need to reinvest time to get achievement, pets, faction reputation, ect ect ect

You have 7 days to try it out. Can just make a char in Thaurissan, a DK so you can just look around as lvl 60. Or just jump into Thaurissan, Try out the horde, then if you dont like it, continue to play in your original Alliance US server. Would not make much difference.

SOR is a chance for you to try something out of the box.

Bro, my account has been upgraded manually by the GM of WOW. Thus, I'm playing my pally now and at lvl 73 already....the offer I'm still waiting to respond if I wanted to boost my main or other low level alts....i would like to play a warrior now, i will let you know once my character transfer has been done.

I see. Did the GM manage to tell you it is a problem with your account receiving SOR or is it my account having problem sending out SOR?

I guess, when the GM just decide to manually assign a SOR for you, that other people dont get the rewarded mount.

Pity.


If you have a log of the GM, telling you what he is doing can you Private message me. I may just decide to log a ticket of my own to complain that I did not get the supposedly reward mount for attempting to send the SOR.


Sigh....

I have already respond back to the GM on the fiction and realm transfer to your realm, i also told him your toon name and realm so he can reward u when i buy the topup time. It will take 3 days to transfer to your realm, i will transfer my main toon into blood elf pally as im looking forward to raid with fellow malaysian here see you soon in orgimar ^^

Thats nice. Also, for the transfer, it took about 1-2 hour for my char, so you can check battlenet first before logging in, just so you dont cause any transfer problem. If your char show up as Thaurissan then you can promptly start your adventure.


If your hardcore raider, I think Elitez is one guild that is hardcore. I think Lanun, while there are raids everyday from 10ish, not so hardcore.(I am not saying everyone or that the skill of the player is hardcore... probably just not the requirement out of the players to put in an high amount of effort to clear stuff first week they are out.) But then again, I just joined like less then 1month ago, so i barely know the people here. Nice guy Kuug even msg me today after I bought embersilk bags from AH that he put up to sell direct to me at discount. So I am pretty happy that the guild is above average.
