Cos runner they need to go to special place to register. Where all the runner pack max to be registered at once. For consumer, u can walk into counter. Which is faster. That's what happen when I took my car. I took everything and register it myself. All JPJ are the same. I did it in penang.

The price is exorbitan! I just wanted the rear only. Is 6800 inclusive of the pipe, absorber and others?
