hi all,

just back from business trip at tokyo last few days.. really amazing seeing lots of prius on the road. aqua a.k.a priusc not so many, but prius are dominating all the roads at tokyo city.

i know prius c is not performence car .. even new camry 2.5 also not performence car .. i'm on JB toward k.l highway that road if u drive at 120 also the big bus and lorry will pass u and freak u out ..

Singapore hybrid cars pay road tax based on the engine cc, no discount at all, estima hybrid pay more road tax compare to normal estima due to high power electric motor.

yup, buses & lorries r performance sports car, fast & reckless. 2 weeks ago on the USJ 3 lanes highway, evryone is driving 90km/h followin the speed limit 90, suddenly at lorry with an empty trailer with lots of sands, earth & pebble stones (i presume it just unloaded an excavator or lorry hantu) overtook us very fast & bcos of our uneven highway road it caused the stones & earth from the trailer fell into us & all the other cars. No way to avoid it bcos every cars is followin the speed limit 90, caught every cars by surprise bcos the trailer driver is driving extremely fast, appxmtly more than 130km/h.
Sigh... my PC with more than 15 severe targets on the front bumper, engine hood, left side both doors, windscreen & I still got no time to chk the roof, I think a car in front of me worst.
It's funny.. bcos I stay in Cameron Highlands (more chances of striking the same incident) & could avoid this everyday but not in our M'sian standard highway. My fren ask me to report & I believe it's no point bcos I know this kind of lorries, trailers or buses is paying undertable protections $$$ to the authorities every month. Accidents statistics cause by lorries & buses is high. Our JPJ, PLUS & Polis is sleeping & uselessss..

hi, just picked up my orange prius c this morning.
at first ordered the dvd one but got cancelled due to no stock say the SA.
Anyway happy with the car, cannot wait to drive next morning to work

Wow cheer up bro. I also kena on my first stint with PC. ^^ Drive 400km from KL to Melaka on the first trip with PC and power and driving is good till the truck with lots of sand and water start speeding. Same goes with bus. almost got into accident if not for avoidance maneuver as the bus is doing left right on highway at speed more than 110kmph.. TT

those dvd-avn was pasang n computer setup from japan kilang...umw just dapat that PC siap semua....SA told me...that player defult set pioneer @ panasonic from japan....that why its not cheap......

urs sa BS u kau kau .. dvd-avn install at umw la bro..

yeke...haha....that SA mmg kuat tipu, i ask rear its disc brake..tp dia ckp yes, but that disc was salut for charging purposes..that why xnampak...i agak confuse...but i double cek later, mmg belakang pki drum brake je...mls mau bising2 dgn itu SA....haha

Yup agree with keanutan. They pasang kat Malaysia.. Sad.. that why its lower spec for us

Just order a Prius c, decided to join here for advice. Anyone or any thread here is discussing the headlight replacement? I intend to upgrade both low/high bean to Philips Xtreme 100%. Anyone can give advice on bulb size? H1? H7? or H11?
