I bought a second power bank 16/8/12.. 3 months ago, the power bank start buldging at one side, i called jason for warranty claim, been chasing him for 2 months, all I get is "sorry bro, I'm busy", "will call you later today", "will call you tomorrow", next week can arrange warranty" all sorts of excuse but no action. i also regret I'm being very patient and I should've taken stronger action before..

so sad I bought it at RM180 expecting a proper warranty claim, but i was wrong..

now only 2 days left for 12 months warranty 1-1 exchange, I'm giving up chasing him... I'm just going to file report with LYN admins and Consumer tribunals, see what they can do to help.. otherwise, I'm burnt..

take care guys, be mindful of your purchases with TS... expect no warranty or further servicing beyond you handing your cash to him..
