you guys are so fast now version 5 already. i am thinking of sierra glow. not sure if silver can get super shinning bling bling or not after that. dunno how much is new car. should be cheaper i think cause they dun need to touch up no scratches and swirls. got other brand also.

dunno if i can get use to this big size car...my first car is a daihatsu charade aura...very small...i think my adjustment on cornering angle and parking need to be careful. from small car to very big car is hard to maneuver i think. hopefully my new car will never get any scratches because of own mistakes...

got my number plate also last week...but still no news from SA... WWQ thought prepare everything can get car already today or tomorrow still no news...

my friends a few of them say why waste money to buy this car cause got lot of negative comments about the dislocated tires. Bad plastic dashboard. bad door welding. I said I book already even not yet test the car at the proton power of 1 event. those are speculative and some not true statement by lots of different people views. I've also test drive and loving it. That's why i buy it. Further more if someone says why waste 73k buy proton when you have lots of other oversea cars option...i think i should say " think about it if i have extra 73k to waste and play around with proton cars why cannot. is my own money not their money. end of the day i am the one who drive and maintain and pay monthly installment for this car not them.

i also...not yet get no news, sign bank loan. get own number plate already. waiting for process and procedure..waiting car to be sent from Tanjung Malim. chassis number already get.

In the event after check the car if not in good condition can they change a new one for me? or i just have to bear with it go to proton SC to repair and wait?

worried and got bad dreams...dunno when they sent the car suddenly got something happen they sent to SC and repair and knock then only sent to me...i dont realize then sign then big problem.... i think i think too much.... too long waiting....arghhhhhh

Mat79 what is fead belt? different from timing belt?

not just manual 5 speed gear must be manual 7 speed gear. i dont mind stepping on clutches.

I am using old daihatsu charade aura manual 5 speed gear. the moment i engage gear 1 my car will lurk infront slowly even i dont press the pedal. Will the CVT provide the same characteristic as well. During test drive i forgot to try it just press hard on pedal to move the car.

If handbrake disengage and if i dont press the accelerator at hill area will the CVT gear box slowly push my car upward? or i need to press on accelerator? will my car move towards the back during jam at hill area?

I got mine already check and sign already.

Just took car around 4.30 just now. check everything good. welding at doors all same sure got two dots of welding on four doors. all finishing good. only thing now when i try full blast my air cond seems like got whistle sound maybe too powerful or is it suppose to be like that. other than that everything looks good and secure.

Tomorrow I try more. Not much actually I took this car at Sri Petaling Branch. from there travel to MRR2 kesas towards cheras area only.
Still the same...during standstill is really hard to move the car. At traffic light and during jam is a bit slow to move infront when people move already then only my car start moving. I tried everything in D mode. Last time i use to press little bit for my light daihatsu charade to move this one need to press more. brake and all good. no wobbling feel. steering wheel align good. Is just i not so use with such big car. I use to my small daihatsu car this one parking paralel i dont dare to do it yet. just the straight parking "butt go in style"
Go into my house gate also i scare last time park two cars. my car and my father car now park my car only.

Anyway all travel speed is around 60 ~ 80 ~ 90 max 95 i think. The SA says press slow slow. During the first 1000 km cannot press kau kau everything still tight tight. so range around 80 to 100 is ok.

At the paper it state as "This offer entitles you to RM60 * 12 months from the activation date : 24/4/2012"

Proton power of 1 Event second day...

i think i want to try this. usually i use my charade aura the car is small...even at 60 very shaking and floating feel. i travel at 80 ~ 120 max. steering also seems going to become vibrator already. so i think with this car i still can remain my speed. just need the eye focus more on 80 or above abit then put auto cruise should be ok i think.

I just now check already. Need reload card to reload. Current amount is rm58.55....i just use for speedtest.net and press the start button to check the speed.... i think credit eat very fast
