Bad news guys, i am suppose to receive my car today but turn out might be next week, reason given by my sa is proton recall preve for some technical problem n willing to lend me his company car in case u have transport problem. The technical problem wont take long, he even mention like tuning the ecu, n will get me inform later.

Bad news to you, indeed.... sorry to hear that! sad.gif

But that might be good news to some, and including you, because if it is real, you will get a "better tuned" car, right? icon_rolleyes.gif

Sometimes I'm not sure whether to trust SA's words? Could it be a unique excuse for the delayed delivery?

Maybe this "recall" is to re-weld the door frame? laugh.gif

If delay tactic he wouldnt be lending me the company car, secondly we might be angry about the delay n at the same time happy becos they verify the problem first rather than asking us to go to sc later rclxub.gif

You can see using my Before and After picture.
The images you see on reflection will be more clearer. and the silver color is more vibrant and darker.
If you have "black" color it will be more reflective glass effect. Silver color not that noticeable but there is difference and i not yet have chance take the water drops. after apply is easier the dust to remove and is easier to wash. even with normal water spray and the use fibre clothe to wipe out the water to dry.
The warranty is cover. if you unintentionally scratch or other people fault scratch you depend on your severity if too deep and too severe he may charge abit but if not he will check and touch up. only thing is must not wax and wash by outside car wash will void warranty. cause the cloth they use and the sponge they use over and over again for alot of cars so you are actually using sand paper to wash and wipe car rather than using a soft fibre cloth to wipe it.

Hopefully Proton can address this issues as well ..

"The cabin is spacious. Tall 1.8m adult can comfortable sit at the back with more than enough legroom. However, MMN thinks that Proton could do better with the sound insulation. Throughout the ride, there is a constant "dengung" from the car. It is not the tyre noise, and it is not the wind noise. I think it is the sound of the CVT. I might be wrong here, but there is this one particular sound among the quietness of the cabin.''

agreed. the rear seats were comfortable. but the noise was very annoying and due to the noise, the cabin materials vibrated too during my test drive due to the noise. The noise would get louder when revved and decreased when the gear shifted to a higher speed and it repeated itself. it was very significant

From 6.90 till 25 also got. Depends what you're comfortable with. Normally I use the 6.90 to wipe and rinse then clean and dry using the more expensive ones

Steps taken from normal to glossy.

Steps that you need to take after Sierra Glow for 5 years. make sure dont wax and dont let outside people wash. even if outside people wash don't let them use their shampoo. snow wash and stuffs like that got put soda and some alcoholic substance sprayed to your rims will contribute deterioration process and scratches and swirls. Give them your low ph car shampoo and use your own microfibre clothe give it to them to wipe.
