My 2 yrs old rig using cm 690II had a custom acrylic panel mounted with cm storm force fan.
Initially it had a 2pin fan connector and a molex connector.
I tore the adhesive apart to notice that 2 pin fan connectors have red fluxed on + and black on G.
And molex have the same black fluxed on G and yellow on V.

I intend to actually took out the extra black wire on the 2 pin fan connector and retain only one red wire and combine it with the molex ones. Although i plan to convert the molex head into the same heads as the red one to become a 3pin fan to be slotted to a fan controller.

Does this work ? I intend to insert it to a fan controller.

Though four of my LED burst because i allow too much voltage to it causing all 4 LEDS died.
Currently lookin for a replacement LED for CM storm force fan.

Any advise is appreciated.
