 Where's my bill?

okay it's been a month (mid Nov) since i starts using Streamyx, their customer service account says i need to pay RM200++, but there's no bill arrived. I check further more it says on the page "no invoice available for this customer". huh.gif

I don't wanna wait for too long because affraid of having to pay a lots of money at once in the future.

I think since just only reached 1 month, the bill hasn't been issued yet. That's why no invoice available at their website. But should be issued anytime now.

You should check under 'View Account Balance' under account management.

i also didn receive the bill.... call the streamyx hotline n ask them to send it....

Don't worry about your bill, it will reach your house once the maturity date has arrived, it will arrive on time and it always will, tmnet and tm are just sensitive about payment been cleared or not.

hmm first bill is always late.. and actually you can go to tmpoint and pay without any bill or invoice (just give them your a/c login+phone number) as they will deduct the amount on your next bill..

streamyx's 1st bill usually arrives on the 2nd month, so you should expect your bill to arrive next year.
every bill after that arrives monthly.
