Proton also do their best to change people perspective wat. If not, they are not come with this Preve idea. With this car, they actually take really minimal profit compare to other competitor. If they not bother to change, why they need to came up with global car idea in 1st place?
It just people try so hard to abuse their mistake by spreading the news all over the internet. And looking at many Malaysian create their own assumption before know the actual story really make me facepalm 
I bet if people want to find any fault on any car in Malaysia, they also can but people not really going bother with it.

And i don't think Malaysian gave so much faith to Proton. Not like Korean.
Proton basher like the one in this thread existed really long ago. They keep sabotage their own national company.
In term of patriotism, you can't really compare Malaysian with Korean. Patriotism spirit is just strange word for some Malaysian.
In Malaysia, we rarely can see people try to fix the situation by giving constructive comment.
All i see is comment like silly kid who just butthurt because some reason which make them a typical brainless basher.
Malaysia still have long way to go to stand by their own feet.

I can do better welding than the PREVE guy did...

u can see the sonata has no open hole,but the hole on preve is so big.
u can guess what will happen after several years when water gets in.

at least there are rubber&cover on the sonata to avoid these issue,unlike preve leaving them naked...

That 140K is after tax. Can you imagine before tax? And same for the Preve too? Same category.

Unless you compare manufacturer's status. That is fair. Price varies and in Malaysia, using price to judge a car is out of the question. Same for motorbike. But that would be out-of-topic. Just leave the price tag out. Hyundai is the closest company that can be compared to Proton for its age and hardship. Both started during post-war era.

When others can achieve the same why not Proton? Don't forget, Honda, Toyota and other Japs car is used to be bashed too but look at the now.

As for Hyundai, look at them now. Look at the board of directors. All imported from Audi, VW, and other major car company.

The company itself can tell us what will the product look like.

Mind you that in the mid-east, Proton sells their car cheaper than Malaysia. Tax my *** when its already Made in Malaysia.

As for a petrolhead. The AFTA & EXCISE TAX has been the real blockade that is hurting our hearts.

already ask the seller but they dont know when the SE one come out. He said that the next one is definately the hatchback version of preve
