There's a traffic lights on that junction, so the car should be slowing in any case. Even if the Proton SA accidently step on the accelerator, i don't think it would have made it to 120kph by the time it hit that curb. If it did, it would have hit other cars since the traffic in that area is quite heavy any time of the day.
