Just COD with TS a few hours ago and 10/10 for prompt services!
From our brief conversation it seems to me that TS will help out for RMA during warranty period and have close relationship with the distributor.
Anyway I like his services very much because:

1. He answered all my questions that I have
2. Give me good update on the stock
3. Had a nice COD time window, he waited from 12.30 - 2.30pm at each COD location for customer's pickup!
4. Friendly guy!

Will definitely deal again in the future!
