Do you mean i5 3570? Yes you can, you will need to change the base clock, which in turn will affect you ram frequency.

Before that what mobo are you using? You will need to change it in your bios. Have you done overclocking before?

Since you using a non-K processor, overclocking will be hard. I'm not sure if you can adjust the multiplier. I suppose the base clock is the only way to overclock a non-K cpu. Read the guide and ask more on what you are not sure of.

All the non-K i5 and i7 can go up 4.0GHz and is essentially just changing the turbo. Normal turbo speed for your CPU on all cores is 3.6, but will be 4.0 if you set a 42 multi. 4.2 will be for 1 core.

Overclocking through BIOS settings is as easy as ABC.
