By rights i should get the retail 3770K today. All KL based LYN resellers/retailers i asked all 3770K are fully booked & cannot allocate stock for me

Swisspac BJ complex listed 3770K in their price list but no ready stock & pricey.

I think ram settings will be limited.

if can mind doing 2 conservative OC bench?

Idealtech selling 3570k @ RM710.
Its will do the same like any other z77 mobo i think. kelvin_hata use Asus P8P67 manage to oc 3770k to an extremely 5Ghz, under water of course. But yet again depend on the chip you got.
I would say stick with your current sandy bridge bro. I don't think its a big jump from sandy to ivy. And you need a good cooling in order to achieve like 4.5Ghz++. I really hope intel will release a new batch soon, with better improvement on the temperature.

All have the 12 phase power design, i am not fancy on those exclusive feature by manufacturer btw.

May I know what is the maximum BCLK you can hit on IB?

so far the highest BCLK i've seen is 110MHz.
Depends on chip & mobo, but IB & SB is not suitable for BCLK clocking due because it's tied with PCIe frequency. SB-E & IB-E for BCLK OC.

What cooling are you using? The temperature seems okay.

Hopefully not during idle. Just bought my 3570k, approx will received it on tuesday or wednesday. Hope it will do good on my cm hyper evo.
