Bro... u have to think this way...

Sound proofing = Pros : Cant hear wheel/road sound ,, Cons : Add weight, reduce performance, 

Straigth flow exhaust + sports muffler = Pros : Extra performance, cant hear wheel/road sound,, Cons : None
So... you think which mod more worth?

I did autofoam at KL Auto about a year ago

Its more expensive compared to the other guys as he is one of the pioneers and he knows his work

The different with foaming is that when u fucuk it up, no turning back. So better get a proffessional to do it for u

Autofoaming is TOO PERMANENT really, main reason why I keep hesitating to jump into that boat.

its a road of no return... thats why i only did chassis... other areas tak nak... 

to me its more to reducing road noise... i'm not that sensitive in car handling feel... after foaming & front strut bar also no different feeling...

since you highlighted hood.

anyone notice our car hood/bonnet is ultra heavy? and comparing with myvi or even preve....they are so light......

DIY foaming... better do more homework before you embark.

Basically you are not supposed to foam the crumple zones (front engine chassis & rear boot chassis). So you are only to foam the mid section below and cross member of the rear part. So pls dun get carried away go foam every hole you can find. It can get quite messy, so pls hv lotsa old newspapers laid. You also need to tape up other holes along the chassis so foam does not creep out, and u have to agak2 how much to pump in, too much and it will creep to crumple zones...

For the trouble you going to do, better just get someone who knows it and pay for it.
