3.2 million for villa? Must be damn high class or big.. else price is very expensive..

Minimum price for Dex suite ( S2 ) is from 400K above with 5 % discount

Quite high class for me.. 7 bedroom + 7 bathroom.. with private lift and private swimming pool...

And is Gated and Guarded.....based on SA....

too bad is leasehold.. feel the price quite on highside... Reed at Lakefields is better albeit built up area smaller... which family needs so many room and bath room...

Where can I see the S1 and S2 design? Combo units mean duplex?

S1 and S2 you can see at their showrrom, located at Taman Mastiara, Jalan Kuching.

Combo Units mean 2 unites combined together.. 1400 sqft... ( each unit appx 700 aqft).. and full furnished.. 90% get the things like what you see in showroom...

Probably is because their service is really lousy. I called and asked them if they have showroom and they told me none, but it also seems like the person who talked to me is not that familiar about the development.

Are you sure there is a showroom? Also, where can i see the layout plan for S1 and S2 and combo units?

Which number do you call? you can call 1800-88-9288.. Their service is okay.. And confirm the design for S1 and S2 as well as Penthouse showroom located at sales room... You may try to call them again...

Can pls elaborate - so if I go and book any of the units now and cancel later still get full refund back?

Due to the developer not yet get the AP/DL, basically we pay 5k to secure the unit.. and the 5k is not pay to the developer but their so call appointed lawyer...

Therefore, within this period before they official ask us to apply loan and sign SPA, we able to get full refund if we cancel the unit...

You might double confirm this before you place the booking...

Yes, I called the 1800 number. Where is their sales room? Their HQ in Jalan Pahang?

I think best visit their showroom, at Taman mastiara, Jalan Kunching...

Basically you just drive along the Jalan kuching head to Selayang, you will see fly over with big Banner Kiara East lead to showroom...

Hey guys, I was interested on Dex Suites.

Any estimated completion date for this?

Planning to visit their showroom by this week.

36 months after SPA, heard they took down the showroom for S1 already
