Anyone can tell me which server is better to play for diablo 3? US or SEA?

My ping test :

KL: 10ms
Singapore : 200-250 ms
US: 300-350ms

I play blackshot (online shooting) and there is short lag spike once in awhile in every round which makes gameplay annoying. How would the performance be for game such as diablo 3?

I never play dota and wow so I am not sure how terrible the gaming would be with my ping.

Please blizzard dont screw up on the first day launch with overloaded server. I hope the US server could withstand the load and gameplay will not be affected too much by lag.
