no. Each char has to complete the previous difficulty to unlock the next.
If u create new char, u have to start over in Normal, can't just straight jump to Nightmare/Hell/Inferno.
That being said, ur Normal char will then "carry over" to the next.

I see, so that means if my char finish normal at lvl35.
Then I will start Nightmare at lvl35 with all the equipments right?

It seems like the open beta really stress the hell out of Blizzard's server.

i'm going for monk in the official version..

skills are all gooding, plus can heal ppl + give buff

i love barbarian huhu each time kill the mob explode and barbarian got that demon transform thing
