there's some issues going on
but it's expected.... it was originally the Beta server meant to cater for limited amount of ppl.
It is not live servers which could amount to possibly 10-100 servers.

Keep trying to create the game it will eventually go thru.
Best if u quickjoin in friends using Battletag then no need all create their own games

why my installer stuck at "updating setup files" only?

yea they are stressing their american servers first so that they know what are the limits so that they can implement whatever the solutions on other servers

can't wait for this game to come out....

I don't think there will be a second open beta phase. It is high time for them to do stress test. Not after the game is released!! They should've put all their cards on the table and see what can go wrong.

stress test= stressing the server to the limit to find out what the future problems would be =P

and compared to other stress test by other major game currently, only D3 adapts the open beta weekend.. we should be grateful for that =D
