This was true for D2, same thing for titan quest, sacred 2 etc

Blizz themselves said it's easy on beta but it gets a lot harder later. Can't judge that on this beta.

I'm very impressed with how they're handling lag though. I played with my friends in the states earlier and you can't notice it.

i think error 37 is because the servers are full right ? so you need to be lucky when some one logs out
