RMAH FAQ:

How much does the Battle.net Mobile Services & Alerts service cost to use?
Battle.net Mobile Services & Alerts is completely free. Your phone carrier's standard rates for received text messages apply.

Wondering if anyone know what is the charges for receiving sms from blizzard? if there are any?

I think blizzard pay for it but I'm not 100% sure cause I apply and my credit did not get deducted...

yup if you plan on selling 1st. if you plan on buying then you need some way to reload money into Bnet. The easiest is by CC.

or can reload via PayPal and top up the PayPal by having an RHB account.
Bare in mind you must have balance in PayPal to top-up BNet (if no CC)

Short answer:
Yes.

Long answer:
Depends on what type of router you are using smile.gif most typical ones no need, cause its forwarded automatically.
If you have a fully programmable ones then you may need to forward it. eg. cisco routers
