which servers do u guys us? US?

Hey guys, i heard something about purchasing the US version D3  and SEA version D3 have some difference while in the Auction room, they said that these both different version D3 can connect and play together in the same server but cant deal earch other, i wish someone can give me an answer on this, because is bodering me, i made a pre-order with a much cheaper price D3 from SG! and they claim that is US version, Malaysia one is SEA version. is it true? i got the infomation from a D3 distributor in Malaysia.

so if you want to play with RMAH else where and not the default US RMAH which all SEA and US accounts is defaulted to. Then you need to create a new Battle.net account and make sure your Country is not MALAYSIA!

Thats about the SEA home region.

As for the home region being lock by B.Net account country. It has not been officially announced yet. But from what people are testing they found it to be the country of the battle.net account. Most likely this will be the case. Unless they do it via IP. then you will not have a choice. We will be defaulted to US region.

You can test it out yourself actually.

Make a few new B.Net account.
Vary the county.
And see what they charge you for the pre-purchase.

This is what I know atm.
Msia/Spore/Brunei/Indo = SGD
AU/NZ = AUD
Europe = EURO
US =  USD

as far as i know the last time i read the forums. They default us SEA to The Americas.

Asia are for those taiwan, china n korea if not mistaken (yeah we can play there too if we want to), they are mostly chinese speaking community n even their game client is not english.

MY version D3, SG version D3 all can use US RMAH

There is NO Asia/SEA Server... well Blizz haven't announce it yet if they plan to have. So at the moment THERE IS NO SEA SERVERS FOR D3!

Added on April 23, 2012, 4:15 pmactually its very simple. Blizzard has always name their servers/region based on their community.

US EAST and US WEST has been renamed to NA (North America)
ASIA renamed and split to KR, TW and SEA
Europe remains the same EU.
