You need to go through normal and nightmare 1st b4 ur penis can explode in hell sir.

I can't wait for the game. I'm gonna create a Barbarian, as it is my favorite class, the only problem being that there will be too many Barbarians. I will play with 3 friends, and 3 of us will be Barbarians, the other one being Monk. Anyway, 18 more days and... Evil is back!

I can't confirm for Korea if they can play in other region servers or not.
Now that is out of the way.

We, Malaysians/Singaporeans/Australians, can connect to the different REGIONAL Server to play.

REGIONAL Server = Asia, Europe, US.

All server has your own character list so when you play on 1 your progress is only saved on the server.
Other server won't have that character.

So, if you feel like playing on ASIA, you can.
Then, if you feel like switching to Europe server, you can BUT you will need to start a new char.

Example:
on midnite 15/05/2012
you start play on Asia server - reach Level 30 Wizard
Then Europe server go live, you want to jump to Europe server.
The Europe server character list should be empty.
Create level 1 Barbarian - start over again and reach lv 25 Barbarian.

You can still go back to Asia.
Your Asia Lv 30 Wizard will be there and you can continue.
EDIT:
The only thing which can be limiting you is the access to RMAH.
If you are bound to say US Region RMAH, when you play on Europe server, you cannot use RMAH there.
NOTE: Gold AH is still open to you.

This would still be depending on the final update by Blizzard how they want to handle it.
