why not u create a mobile apps instead a forum.
create an apps dedicated for Lowyat forum, then sell it to se7en( lyn admin/owner) or just give it free , just make sure ur name on it.
since u familiar with php n forum structure, and got programming skills, should be easy for u.

any1 can create a forum, because its just an application like phpbb, IPB , but not mobile apps.

the problem is, this kind of website need a sizeable member base to keep it alive by continuously posting adult rated materials.

not easy, people only will come if there is always new materials

and i believe most of the good material come from japan
and there are plenty of well established site for that
hell, even mamak forum also got that section

unlikely will be successful

i think i should close the thread cuz it's a bad idea
