Guys, just want to ask, do water will enter saga fl fog light if it been splash with water?

because, today i went to proton as both my left headlamp and right fog light got water inside as heavy raining....
for headlamp the supervisor told me it got scratch mark of accident, i was kinda surprise and told them never been accident but he keep on saying accident mark...
because the headlamp water was already dried up i just let it go...
but my fog light still got water "bertakung" inside, two of their supervisor and one of their foreman told me if hit with water conform water go in...
the worst part, the fog light is not under proton warranty so they just try to dried it up using air gun...in the end i went back and the water still inside my fog light...

less than 5 times i been use my fog light due to opposite car beam back, too bright...
will try ur advise to dried it up...thanx

wash my car today...after that my headlamp got water vapor inside
...need to find new proton service with better claim service

already show picture yesterday...but the supervisor went and check...
got white color at my right bumper he told me accident cannot claim, but i never been in accident i donno how that white thing there
but i told him not the right but the left headlamp..he told got scratch and blue paint a bit at the headlamp, accident also cannot claim
i went check, blue color just a dot and rub a bit gone
