Izit safe using this? Lower the chances to steal the car? Recenly my fren myv kne curi..

I think it's better than steering lock, because it is make of steel therefore making it hard to break, then the thief can't saw off your pedal like they saw off the steering wheel with steering locks, so the only option is to pick the locking mechanism, which is not easy because it is hard to access.

No lock is 100% theftproof, it just discourages the thief by making it difficult.

No matter how strong your steering lock is, one cut on the steering wheel and the super strong steering lock become useless edi.

We're also talking about pedal locks la. Steering locks are only good for bashing carjackers shakehead.gif

Update on the buzzing sound problem:

Just collected my car from COE, after a brief test drive, I believe the buzzing sound problem has be resolved. As it turns out, the culprit was the flexible part of the exhaust (dunno what it's called, the tech just tell me it's the nenas sweat.gif )

user posted image

My gf drove the car back to my place while I followed in the Vios, she also reported that the sound is gone.

On a side note, it was friggin frustrating to follow my car in the slowpoke Vios, especially when going uphill and looking at my car steadily pulling away from me doh.gif .

Lol, funny thing is, V12k suspected that it was the extractor, and I came to suspect that it was the catcon.

Ultimately the truth was literally somewhere in between laugh.gif
