I understand the engine still "dara", so I would not put much hope on the FC yet. But I have to say, PROTON did well with the FLX. If not mistaken, the suspension is also different from the pre-facelift SAGA right?

and 1 more thing....PROTON punya A/Cond memang sejuk wehhhhh!

Ei, anyone of you guys de-carbonized ur Saga ah, using some sort of spray inject from intake manifold? Or ask workshop to clean throttle body better? Necessary to do that or not?

Actually i worry carbon go out from exhaust valve during de-carbonized will coating the O2 sensor and make the sensor kong...

Actually last time SC did that during my car is 15k only, he unplug the intake hose and let me see how dirty the intake manifold was. Then he spray and start the car, my car 'smoking' until the same day night time.

What i think is throttle body definitely is dirty after 50k of traveling...

Last time SC guy told me for stock car, the ori 'bullet' got multiple layer of filter before exhaust gas can pass through, this filter actually make the exhaust gas 'smoke back' to throttle body and make it more dirty than previous car. Been told the filter is for emission control. So if possible, throw away the ori part and replace with straight flow 'bullet'....

What he told is Gen2 Campro don have this thing, only Saga IAFM started to have this catcon, i saw inside is layers of honeycomb filter, he told me got 6-8layers inside (forgot adi), not only the exhaust go back to engine and out to the throttle body, it also will cause engine to run hotter, new car maybe is OK, but it will make the engine seal more prone to fail (leak) after few years.

I'm not sure true or not la...but logical thinking, more restriction more back pressure, of course exhaust gas more hard to escape, so where will it go? Circulate inside the engine...

That time i choose to believe and end up changed to Gen2 'bullet' ...the performance gain not even can compare when my car is new. No regret until now.

I got the pricelist with me.
rm49049 for solid white FLX SE 1.6 manual
rm49499 for metallic red.

But not available unit for me to test drive atm.

brochure also old one. 
No mention of manual variant.
Thats why im surprised.

Its 3K cheaper than the CVT variant.
