last 2 pics taken by me personally when viewing a proton satria on sale which the owner spent 1~2k to spot weld the whole chassis himself. Looks like shit, but its alot stronger than you think.

LOL! You call that spot welding?!? That is call Plug Weld (Search for pictures)! Hahahah.. Talk like some welding expert..

The welding is totally off for a Global car.. Most of the welding are done by robot arm which the welding should be precision & not have such excessive welding bit.. I think P1 want to cut cost until have to ask ppl manually weld and no grind flush?!? tongue.gif
