Finally i managed to to flash from yakjuxx to yakju image. Since i follow the steps in uncle benny's blog, the image was 4.02. After reboot, i could not get the further updates using the OTA or the manual update check.
Is the phone rooted thats why no OTA? There was superuser and TB apps in the 4.02 but i'm sure its not rooted bcoz the TB is not working due to no root

I've already flashed my GNex to stock yakju 4.04. Now thinking of flashing custom rom
What is the best custom rom? Stability and good wifi/network is the priority. If I flash custom rom like aokp, is it a must to flash the kernal?

QUOTE(springfall @ May 7 2012, 06:03 AM) then u 1st, do a backup, find backup restore, then backup all. let it run. By doing the nandroid back up, will it back up all data in the memory? What if i've used 10gb, will it back up all the 10gb data and if yes, there is not enough memory left

Guys, i got another prob. I ve already back up all apk+ data using TB and Mybackup pro. The problem is that when i copied all data from the built in memory of gnex to the pc, i could find any data saved inside the folders of the TB and myback up (inside the PC) but i can see those datas in my gnex using astro file manager. No wonder yesterday after i rooted my phone i couldnt restore the apps using my backup because no data was saved inside the myback up folder Until this problem solved i have to postponed flashing the aokp This post has been edited by spetnaz: May 7 2012, 10:28 PM

QUOTE(droid13579 @ May 7 2012, 10:29 PM) Reboot your phone, and try again. Next time use WiFi to transfer files via AirDroid or WiFi File Explorer. Blame MTP for that~ Thanks. Rebooting works

QUOTE(opera33 @ May 8 2012, 11:16 AM) use nova launcher =D or APEX Thanks The AOKP is not much different from the stock rom except got customization. So far, my complaints are that I noticed that the stock browser is lagging a lot. Last time when in stock rom, the stock brower was the fastest browser, beats the opera mobile. Also, I couldnt find a way to delete the frequently called numbers in contact This post has been edited by spetnaz: May 8 2012, 12:15 PM

QUOTE(Harddisk @ May 8 2012, 12:40 PM) My stock browser is fast though. Maybe I didn't compare it with other browsers aside from Chrome. My mistake. The culprit is my office's internet. Now the stock browser is fast again Added on May 8, 2012, 4:23 pmWhat is the latest franco kernel? Im using franco milestone2. This post has been edited by spetnaz: May 8 2012, 04:23 PM
