todays objective, try out AOKP battery saving feature aka auto switch to 2g mode when screen is off for more than 1 minute.

Hopefully can see some increase in standby time ..

will it switch back to 3g?
My umobile 3g does not switch back to 3g when it goes into roaming and catches celcom's 2g in lift or other places where umobile not available.

I am having problem with using GPS(without data/wifi/aGPS) on my GNex. it sometimes does not lock on to satellite even after 30-40 minutes trying.

i tried using GPS status(which works if you have data plan since it's using aGPS), GPSfix, GPS timer and a few other, but none of them helped in locking the GPS satellite.

I have asked this question in the previous thread and tested the solution, but no avail.

anyone having similar issue? anyone has any idea on how to fix this? sad.gif

to be honest, you won't regret going for either one. If the Note pen feature isn't important to you, you can probably safely go wtih Gnex

LOL. It's GUI is quite pixelated in our device due to our HD Display.
The 3D is not affected due to native rendering/resolution though. smile.gif
