Again, I don't know how the hell should you make a case of owning bulletproof protection (go to a Police station maybe?). Better just forget getting them unless you live in USA or something. Replica equipments however, are legal in our country (bought a fake kevlar helmet in KL last year), which means you can get some pretty neat stuff online, IF you have the money and is willing to spend.
