Dear All,

My name is Alan and would like to share that all replica model guns in actual scale is ILLEGAL in Malaysia. Even if they have orange tips painted on the nozel. The orange tip rules is only implement and recognize in the United States and not in Malaysia. Although we all know that collecting these is a great hobby...but everything has positive and negative point of view.

Even for paint balls, by right...we are not allow to carry them out from the paintball arena. Those are the rules and laws given to the paint balls arena companies...

Do not even think that you can have a license to own these replica weapons. YOU CAN NEVER GET A LICENSE for these...if there is a guy come and tell you that he can offer you licensed for these collections, he is lying to you.

Currently...from my source. A reliable friend and an arm dealers to local military is trying very hard to make this hobby recognise...It has been years now and we are still waiting. But the best part is, we are allow paint balls for a start. It just a matter of time when we can allow to collect these.

But also bare in mind that there are many nonsense people who will make use of this opportunity to misuse the freedom of having these toys. People can use these and rob banks, our wife and girlfriends and even older people. If someone point this weapon to you...you will get scare too. It looks so real and the only difference between the real gun and airsoft is then you pull the trigger. One shoot pellets and one shoot live ammo.

So, for what ever reason it is...this is a good hobby to start on and also a sensitive hobby. You can get jailed for at least 1 year and maximum of 7 years. Also, you can get whip in the A$$ for it too. It is not worth it ...
The law of owning the replica and real gun is almost the same. So think twice before you own it.

Join shooting club...or paint ball club. At least you can get license for it and do it in the right way. Learning to be patience and disiplin is also a way of handling the weapons...

Guns is an interesting subject...and its great to have someone posting this up...Like the other guy said...it is sensitive and suggest do not post anything about it....Good luck to you guys !!!

Regards

Alan

Bro Allan. Hi there.

Even for paint balls, by right...we are not allow to carry them out from the paintball arena. Those are the rules and laws given to the paint balls arena companies... -From wat i observe, usually the senior members are the one who breaks this rules cuz they think they r the pioneer in this game. Junior member always complaint that those senior member are very stuck up and show off. There are good guys and bad guys - no offence.

Currently...from my source. A reliable friend and an arm dealers to local military is trying very hard to make this hobby recognise...It has been years now and we are still waiting. But the best part is, we are allow paint balls for a start. It just a matter of time when we can allow to collect these. - From wat I know, even the paintball licensed site are being constantly monitor by PDRM on the marker. Even the operator are not allowed to sell marker but it can be bought at open market in KL. rclxub.gif I am so used to people telling me they hv the right connection to make it happen - I am not doubting you abt it but I have seen even higher up that has failed to get it running.

One shoot pellets and one shoot live ammo.- No robber or anybody in thier right mind will try to rob banks by using a GBB/Airsoft/Springer. Wat are the odds against a shotgun cuz the firepower is too much a difference. The price for real gun is even cheaper than GBB LOL tongue.gif

Join shooting club...or paint ball club. At least you can get license for it and do it in the right way. Learning to be patience and disiplin is also a way of handling the weapons... - I agree with you but majority gun club has freeze their new application. Only those with VVIP connection are being consider. shakehead.gif

Guns is an interesting subject...and its great to have someone posting this up...Like the other guy said...it is sensitive and suggest do not post anything about it....Good luck to you guys !!!
Regards

Alan

I think for those selling airsoft in this open thread is realy dare to earn money in this black market business. but i think if you all kepp it on sooner your will be caught by our lovely cyber crime + PDRM. they can track your post by IP , even you had change yours IP. Ur IP is store in ur ISP database every time it change, so there will be a record when, where, who is using this ip , unless u are using the cyber cafe computer.

I'm one of the firearms fanatic too (But never owned anything la, poor student here.).

I really want a gun-model or toy-gun (at least 70% similar) or AirSoft (Cannot afford XD).

Just want to join the chat, not really interested in trades (Unless I got some bucks, but for sure, not now)

Wish ; M4 Carbine, G36C, Mini-Uzi, MP5SD and Barrett .50 XD
