Great reading all the feedback here, so you know what to expect when test driving later on. I think firstly, I have to change my style of driving, so there's a learning curve. How does Campro 1.6 compare to 4G92 1.6 btw? Anyone knows?

Come one bro. You're the pioneer for the black. Don't leave us! Lol. I saw the blue. Although its ok...after sometime, I think I'll just go "meh" at the colour. Black is still the more "everlasting" colour. IMHO at least. Initially wanted black...but then kena poison by silver. In the end, back to my roots laugh.gif

Btw, thanks for the man-kiss HAHAHAHA

You deserve it man. I was just waiting for a pic. Once I saw it, my old instincts kicked in. Heat retention be damned. Shall I slip in a little tongue as well? wink.gif
Delayed gratification man. Feels better. Just make sure you use rubber. LOL
White looks better for this car IMHO. If thenblue eas a darker shade though...it'd be nice as well

Damnnnn, (changing subjects) so, are you taking a black?

I test drove it two times today, one in giant shah alam and one in SS14. The SA in SS14 was more enthusiastic smile.gif Btw, I think I test drove two different cars, in Giant, the car was more, responsive, or rather, like the engine is broken in or something, the turbo kick was really felt, and I can hear the turbine on and off.

In SS14, its probably a newer car, cause the NVH was better, the engine sound was lesser, and the power delivery was smoother, and I experienced what most people say here, quiet and you don't realise the car is going fast.

Both my test drives were on S mode and paddle shifters.

bro..it's not the turbo problem...don't get mislead by some 'expert' telling you of late turbo reaction or turbo lag stuff...such size turbo will not even lag in low gear....
those who told you that I can confirm they know nothing about car feedback and communicating with a car.
it's the gearbox clutch tuning that causes the 'lagging' feel.
it's a cvt meaning no actual gear involve but do note that there's still 7 virtual gear being set.when saying no gear it means no gear loss during the drive.
some may comment saying cvt means no gear and can have infinite gear...well then, why do most of the manufacturer setting the car to 6,7,or 8 gears for most cvt cars?there's virtual gear involved but no gear loss.
in preve case, the lower gear is set for best city ride FC...the gear will maintain @ 1-3 gear before you reaching certain speed and rpm.when driving it in manual shifting mode you won't feel the 'lag'.
*
I agree, D was a real boring drive, but if for everyday drive, city driving, to save FC, then this is it. There was a lag.

But I didn't feel the lag in S and manual shifting. It was fun in fact.

because the engine isn't that efficient yet for the truth.it's a powerful engine but not a FC friendly engine thus they choose this CVT gearbox instead...and that might be the reason why they haven't launch the manual version of the CFE preve...once the FC problem sorted out they will launch it i think.
*
Yeah, can't wait to try a manual CFE, if it comes out. The hatchback is coming with that right?

That will surely be fun biggrin.gif I'm sure there will be some variant of Preve sedan MT as well.
