i felt that preve should be driven in S mode while standstill 

when you were accelerating, you felt like the car is very slow and quiet right?
i cant hear any road noise during the test drive which is very good yo 

not that loud lah, acceptable, my cps sound louder

Thats is why it is a test drive unit..  lemon unit.  But things like this make proton open for attack only..  they should be more cautious on this.

guys,just came back from test drive.
btw, the car still not registered so only in their compound..
managed to test the brake,a bit of cornering with safety on/off,
audio(this one i test kaw2) even bring my thumbdrive and ipod.

1. handling is good,well composed,not much of body roll.can say better than waja.
    my father also agree on this.
2. power,like all of you say,once you reach about 1500rpm,there is a power surge.nice btw.
    about the lag,can live with it,even my father say a bit heavier.maybe he not wuite used to cvt.
3. cabin,good enough for us,tyre noise is very faint during cornering and braking.
4. ICE,good enough.just cant find where the tweeter. Bass is there,but lack of a bit on clarity.

for me, feedback, critics are good coz pointed out the cons which i think they will take note on that. Bash mindlessly is diff. If mentioned too plasticky, of course all cars used plastic, even the germans. Not comparing with the top mrques, just example, if u take a spin on vw golf, u will notice, the upper dash is soft, but bottom part still plastic. Even on door panel. But the refinement is more on german marques,

About gap, if the gap is consistent, meaning same size of gap, so, that is not means not good quality, the things not good is inconsistent gap, thats finish probs. If something too loose(meaning only on some, the other ok), then its fitting problems. Like the ac dials, they are design, diff from persona n gen2 dials, to make it smooth operator. For some, it feels loose, but it doesnt means its broken.

Yup, cant compare with german marques or even any conti. For japs n koreans, my opinions, maybe japs better, but only just tiny bit only, but on materials used, its better for the same price car coz material selections is really time consuming for them based on the benchmarks cars.

Thats my opinion only. And for the sus n braking, i think they are going to patent it.

cvt doesnt really feel like a normal auto car.... even honda city idsi when u release brake pedal the car wont move one.. different abit so u need to adapt to it.

Fair enough, but proton do know that these little things affect their image a lot. Like how dares puts in, proton being proton they will still have some things that go wrong at the end of the day. No offense but take the interior for example, some argue that plain is good etc but overall can't they they do it better? I don't think they lack of skills since they are able to come out with some nice concept cars and also gemas.

for waja, i dont know, but for others product, its the same as long as its develop from ground from prtn. In case mitsu, its rebadge, so, need to localised. Localised means as long as even foreign co has its subs in our country, so, its local.

For preve, its the same, nothing change. Its normal if, i said if, is there any nigling probs, it will be rectify, so, 1st batch will be get replacement part, the other batch come with new part. Same practice across any manufacturer.

from what i heard, the multilink system is diff, design by prtn, is like ford blade design, unique for ford. Not just merely tuning, and also engineering n designing. Not the same as waja, persona n etc. Thats why u can get enourmous boot with not so long wheel base as jetta.
