Ok, if you are not dengki....then why are in this forum? this forum is for ppl sharing Preve comment and not for people who wouldn't know about preve and come in to simply bashing and quote comment.

the engine sound is quite refined actually for a proton but it still can be better
(just wonders those bashers knows what is refinement or not? )

i drove all the way in manual mode... there is still something that proton can improve on... but in the end it is still heavily limited by the choice of powertrain + drivetrain combo....

the reason why alot of people think it is underpowered or "no power" is because they are not used to CVT smoothness in progressing up the speedometer range... and of course with the "turbo", they expected chair sticking acceleration...

they dont know what is the meaning of accelerating effortlessly/comfortably....


for me, i would prefer to have a proper ratio gearbox (be it auto or manual) instead of this CVT.. but the manufacturer knows better behind this combo

I dont know why i still have faith in Proton after saw all of these..is im the only one of 50's here?i still believe that Proton can give their best to compete with other manufacturing cars outside there..i already bought toyota fortuner 2.7v vvti 3 years ago & yet im usually using my old iswara one for travelling..not because of fuel consumption,its because im just proud to be Malaysian,happy to see people whether chinese,malays,indias,bumiputeras drive a same car as i do...different people,different view...

You think all curbs are high? My Saga tyres can easily hit the curb at the roadside near my house and won't touch the bumper.

Remember, the car was going 120km/h. A Myvi hit a low curb at that speed will land at the top of a van.
