USB/Battery Humidifier
A perfect gift for your love ones.
Or as birthday/house warming/newborn baby gift.

What is Humidifier?
A device for keeping the atmosphere moist in a room. (from uncle google)

Why need humidifier?
For many people, a dry indoor climate due to low humidity causes a variety of discomforts--from increased risk of colds and flu to dry skin. A humidifier is a device that adds moisture back into the air, and according to the American Lung Association, a relative humidity of between 35 percent and 55 percent, achievable with a cool-mist or warm-air humidifier, is the most comfortable range for indoor humidity.

Benefits?
- REMEDYING DRY SKIN IN WINTER thumbup.gif
(yes, we don’t have winter here... but air-cond does create a DRY environment. Try something that’s safer and cheaper than lotion – water!)
- TREATING COLD, FLU AND ALLERGY SYMPTOMS thumbup.gif
(dryness, irritation or itchiness on nose, throat, mouth or eyes?)
- ASTHMA
(No, it won’t cure asthma! But it helps to ease the difficulty during breathing)
- NOSE BLEED
(No, again, it won’t stop nose bleeding. But it helps to prevent nose bleeding caused by the dryness of the air.)
-HOME DAMAGE
(cracks in furniture and paint/wallpaper?)
-ELECTRIC SHOCK whistling.gif
(Ever get static electric shock when touching the door knob? Window knob? and etc… It’s much easier to get static electric shock in dry environment)

QnA
QUOTE
1) Why don’t have ‘smoke’ comes out like others humidifier?
There are a few types of humidifier. The ‘smoke’ type aka ultrasonic humidifier. The ‘smoke’ is actually water vapour + anything else that can be found in water. Here’s the comparison between ultrasonic humidifier vs the one I have.
> Pros
-- ultrasonic humidifier able to produce a huge amount of fine water droplets to the outlet
> Cons
--ultrasonic humidifier will cause ‘white spot’ if not using DISTILLED water (CLEANER than FILTERED water) due to minerals and dust in water.
-- if something (electronics, computers, papers and etc) placed too close to its outlet, it’ll damp it causing it to rust. Worst case, short circuit with some smoke/fire coming out.
-- can’t use non water soluble fragrance on it (*synthetic fragrance is not good for health either, not recommend to use it daily)
1.1) White dust/spot?

Hi smile.gif
May I know how this works? Can plug into power socket? Or only usb port? If use battery, what kind of battery and how long will the battery last?
Also what is the size of this unit of humidifier? Measurements?
Thanks!
