jes called to TMNet selfcare IVR
appearently it said my area got coverage which previously (2 months ago) don't have
so would like to apply for the streamyx in my hse
according to the tmnet site it said MUST pay the installation fee wor...
but is that possible to waive the installation fee (rm88)
self-install shud be no problem for me .....
don't feel like giving out rm88 for things that i can do it myself .....

btw, any streamyx agent here ?
can you pls help me to confirm whether my place really got streamyx ar ?
cuz their data always inaccurate 1 ...
if got i would like to go for an agent rather than online ...
my place is sri rampai, setapak. phone prefix 4142
if u need further info can pm me smile.gif

TM NUT technicians will hold you in ransom for in-a-box . Technician will say the installtion is done, but in actual the jumper is NOT installed. You can crying forever for your line blinking problem.

TMNUT technicians are corrupted as their peers in the public services.

Yes , you need to pay if you're going with the Holiday Package and there is no way to say goodbye to the RM 88 installation fees. I'm not really sure if your area has coverage or not , the best way is to register and wait. I heard Sri Rampai has already streamyx wireless , not sure about Streamyx Wired.

PM jack2 for more details. He told me that Holiday Package can self install too meaning you don't have to waste the RM88 on installation.

Tell them to take their own sweet time to do "programming". I think for people who knows how to install it, it will take about 5-10 minutes average.

its very easy to install seriously..If you follow the manual , and if you use Google. It should be okay. I dont blame those techies , they are working for a living. If we dont support them , how
