Anyone know whether do I have to go back to the dealer/branch where I purchased my K5 for warranty claim under the 5 yrs warranty period or it can be done at any KIA SC?
Again, back to the same question, what is the difference buying from a KIA dealer and from a KIA branch? Why a KIA dealer are able to give more discount than a KIA branch? |

Hmm, march sales statistics shows optima K5 only increases 11% from February sales. I expect more than that figure since US already started their own production of K5.

If I am buying from a dealer, whose branch is in setapak, for example, when going for warranty, do I need to go to specific service center in setapak for that? Or I can go any service center? |

April sales figures is out. Seems that Kia has not done a good job in A&P for Optima K5. April sales figures slumped compared to March sales... From Jan-April only sees 533 sales for K5 or is the slump in sales a general trend for all manufacturer?

Any updates on the AP issue? I was told by SA that the latest to settle this AP issue will be end of the month. I will cancel the order if didn't receive the car by July.
