QUOTE(marcus.ych @ May 31 2012, 11:52 PM) I think it all depends on ur other commitments, 'how much more' than the 1/3 of ur salary and the how many yrs of the loan..Added on June 1, 2012, 3:19 pm QUOTE(jimz97 @ Jun 1 2012, 03:07 PM) Did anyone install voltage stabiliser and feel that it really improve? Good to invest if it does the job with only RM150. [attachmentid=2870461] Wow, are u sure voltage stabilizer can improve all of these, and for only 150... I say worth it man 1. Extremely smooth gear change and engine noise. 2. Smoother acceleration. 3. Cooler air cond. 4. Better ignition starting. 5. Faster respond on acceleration. (Can feel the car very light and easy to rev) 6. Can feel the air cond cools faster then previously. 7. Brighter lamp . 8. Better battery life due to less stress during load. 9. Better audio sound due to improved and stable voltage. 10. Possibility of curing aeroplane or hissing noise sometimes in older cars due to noise in circuit. 11. Possibility of curing slow moving power windows due to not enough power. 12. Possibility of curing central locking problem due to not enough power. And owners tried this yet? QUOTE(bUGG @ Jun 7 2012, 04:08 PM) You are right, this week cannot collect car... no confirm date yet... I thought sportage is already CKD now...What happen is... NAZA has already reach their limit on AP. Now MITI has to impose tax... NAZA definately won't pay and no intention to pay the tax... so they appeal to MITI... if fail... appeal again... fail... appeal again... no matter what, NAZA will not pay the tax, so have to wait until MITI approve the AP. So when??? I dunno. All the car is already here at your respective branch/dealer... and all branch/dealer has to settle full payment to NAZA when they got the car... Since NAZA already receive the payment... why would they want to hurry things out? so they will take their own sweet time to appeal... This problem not only happen to Kia Optima... Sportage, Sorento, Koup... all KIA CBU car will have the same problem. I am not sure about others. ADVISE to new buyer... do not pay big amount of deposit, pay as minimum as possible... and don't put too much hope u can collect the car anytime soon, even months, unless is from the old batch... When your SA ask to pay downpayment, confirm with them about the AP issue, ask them when will they send car in for puspakom inspection. Because only with AP, then only they can send in for inspection and registration. even though NAZA can settle the issue now, the new batch coming in will still have the same problem again. Before we can get our K5, all we can do now is dream... envy all the K5 on the road, espeacially Snow White Pearl K5. wait... so wat does tat mean bugg? No one will be getting their cars? |

QUOTE(bUGG @ Jun 7 2012, 09:52 PM) From what I understand, if NAZA pay the tax, he will be making lost. LOL!!! Hey, bugg, got an idea, go and polish ur optima, then drive it a bit.. may be around the parking lot, then wash and polish it before putting it back... keep doing tat, may be ur SA would b so impressed and asked the NAZA to giv ur car the first priority I was so frustrated until my SA ask me, "u want to come over to have a look at your car?" what for, can see cannot drive? Or maybe I should go and have a look and may be at the meantime, if u found any cabin noise or any problem can ask them fix it in front of u No offence man, joke aside, do u know when is this issue goin to last? is it goin to b a monthly problem or yrly problem for the new buyers? Wish ur car will be wit u by the end of the week!! gud luck |

QUOTE(edzua_79 @ Jun 7 2012, 11:49 PM) better check wit ur SA wit tat... cause I heard tat will void the warranty.. Added on June 8, 2012, 1:24 am QUOTE(bUGG @ Jun 7 2012, 11:40 PM) That is exactly what I m thinking. Also change the "K" emblem first I m plannin to get the car at around end of this yr or early next yr... hope they will resolve the issue before tat...No idea how long this issues will last. Days, weeks, months maybe... all I can say is NAZA is an idiot... cause the sales figure of optima has dropped from march to april 2012... the least they can do is to make sure the sales goes smoothly rather than creating problem for the new customers... think if this issue is not resolved by the end of the yr or anytime sooner, kia wont b able to stand a chance to go against toyota and honda in m'sia, in the future... This is THE time kia and Naza needs to prove to the m'sians tat the company is reliable... If no sales -> not enough cars running on the street, as time goes by -> interests dropped, reliability not convincible to m'sians, finally, kia & naza sale goes back to the 90's Think my dream car will be gone..
