Guys, any bad comment about this car? Main concern is about after sales service.

You can read the various comments here and ull see the good and the not so good comments. Regarding after sales service, best u check with the Kia Forte thread and ask them. Most of them have had good service so far. Ive sent my car twice to Kia for service and allignment and both turned out well.

But as with all cars, u cant expect perfection. The more important question you need to ask yorself is are you convinced that this car is value for money? If the answer is yes (like what it is for most of us), then go ahead and place your booking in peace.

Many of us here have researched the car extensively before buying. As you know, I myself tested the Optima 9 times before purchasing. What we have in the Optima is a car that has a high standard of safety, comfortable, spacious, has the wow factor, filled to the brim with specs and is reasonably priced. As for durability, i guess nobody will be able to answer that question as the car is still new. But from the number of good reviews its getting overseas, i think the Optima has caught the attention of the world. Yes resale value may not be on par with other Jap models here in Malaysia but ask yourself what's important for you.

I received my Bright Silver last Saturday, overall the car are awsome!!

Guys, Minor defect is "Nyek Nyek Nyek" sound from the back side....This proplem can be fix right? About problem of folding side mirror and reverse camera mentioned earlier, my K5 was works perfectly. Not every unit facing the same problem....

Thank to my SA Vincent Lim (0126867614), he has done a great job to deliver my K5 within 2 weeks! He able to allocate number plate that I wanted, and give me a great cash rebate; important is he able give me high trade in price for my vios (higher than market price 2k+).

Just done my 1k service at Red Cube on Sunday! Nyek Nyek sound from back solved, as well as check on the alignment, it takes about 2.5 hours to complete. Price at RM 282.
Just nice and had a wonderfull ride without wired sound.

Update my FC,

10.5L/100km, around 0.20cen/KM RON95 mix use ECO, fully drive in KL with busy road and jammed....not too bad still.
