Really tough to have a mall here
Dpulze already serves the role very well While commercial has a better bet at shaftsbury and tamarind Saving grace for USP would be doorstep MRT station is the station still on? Or already dropped due to cost cutting? |

Since that's what most of us are looking into I've already somewhat concluded mall would struggle and fail to provide a USP MRT might still, provided the station is still there and not chopped |
