Which one is a better bet is all down to tenant mix. If skypark is able to secure good tenants to compliment dpulze and the needs of people from seri kembangan they’ll probably do well, the location of skypark is not too bad. Dpulze already serves the role very well

Shaftsbury, for the time being just let it die and recover slowly ba the mixture of shop there macam macam, I see liao also don’t feel like going there.
