Trop garden mall only open next year i think.

Empire city mall they can put in the name every half yearly. Sure one of the years will kena.

Tamarind leh? No official opened yet???

those development are counting on Tamarind now.
when tamarind opened, it might bring those resident condo back to live or at least stop the lelong.

so far the tamarind design is very grand and geenary, drop by and you will feel "Wow".

Overnight sensation yes but sustainable, yet to witness.

This only valid for Schedule H development. If you are buying the commercial product, it is not applicable.

Really tough to have a mall here

Dpulze already serves the role very well
While commercial has a better bet at shaftsbury and tamarind

Saving grace for USP would be doorstep MRT station
is the station still on? Or already dropped due to cost cutting?

Which one is a better bet is all down to tenant mix. If skypark is able to secure good tenants to compliment dpulze and the needs of people from seri kembangan they’ll probably do well, the location of skypark is not too bad.

Shaftsbury, for the time being just let it die and recover slowly ba the mixture of shop there macam macam, I see liao also don’t feel like going there.
