Agreed. Also I think the progress is slow now because they are building the foundation for 5 levels of basement carpark for the entire piece of land. Hopefully once the basement is done, the rest will speed up.

that is right, its quite a massive project..usually its just a service apartment..however this is multiple towers including service apartments, studios, duplex, hotel, 2 office tower and a shopping mall ...all to be completed 3 years from now..

at this moment, seems like a big challenge..

Even dpulze launch on early 2010 still haven't completed yet...

If I remember precisely its been 4 years since they 1st launch...even shaftsbury square launch later also already completed quite some time n running...

Another 5% progressive claim is made on completion of reinforced concrete slab of basement car park (basement 4).

Once the whole of Sky Park is up it will be one of the place to be. Can't imagine the feel if having a drink right up there. A bit like the Sands of S'pore. This Sky Park will transform night life in Cyberjaya, Puchong, Kajang and Serdang. Can't wait to see this iconic development up.
